With an established facility for microarray analysis including a fluorescence scanner and microarray analysis software packages Bioneer offers:

• to perform the wet chemistry of microarray analysis
• in silico analysis of array data using e.g. commercially available microarrays for protein, microRNA and mRNA detection
• statistical tools to identify appropriate candidate molecules using custom defined selection criteria
  

Probe-independent methodology to identify differentially expressed genes.
Previously unrecognized targets, e.g. new classes of ncRNA, can also be identified using probe-independent methods like:

• Differential display techniques
• Subtractive hybridization
