A portfolio of Molecular Methods for validating biomarkers and drug targets

Once identified, biomarkers and potential drug targets need to be validated, e.g. to confirm the efficiency of a given drug candidate against its target or to confirm the differential expression of a given biomarker to report a specific disease condition or a cellular state. For this purpose Bioneer offers many different opportunities depending on the character of the molecule in question:

• In situ visualization: FISH, CISH, IHC and combinations thereof
• Quantitative PCR targeting mRNA, ncRNA and miRNA
• Traditional Northern and Western blotting methodology
