Block Screening

To test many samples (from 10 to more than a 1000) for a specific microRNA, we submit the optimal experimental conditions identified in the Optimization Run to each individual sample. The automated processing of each slide allows highly uniform processing and reproducibility. For semi-quantitative assessment using Image Analysis all processing steps will be performed according to our standard operation procedures. Samples can be represented by single sections or duplicates from each block.
