Probe Screening

To examine the expression of several microRNAs in your samples, we will submit the optimal experimental conditions and test the individual probes at different hybridization temperatures and probe concentration according to our agreement. This test is often chosen after results obtained from global profiling data.

miR-205 and Let-7b

In the normal mammary gland, miR-205 is expressed in the myoepithelial cell layer, whereas Let-7b is expressed in the luminal epithelial cells. In this image, miR-205 (green) is seen in a ductal structure, while Let-7b (red) is seen  in the luminal cells. Counterstain: DAPI.
